Monday 4th March 2024 - EAR REFLEXOLOGY & EAR SEEDING 'Equilibre Method' (Auricular Reflexology)

Auriculotherapy is a technique of working points on the skin of the auricle (external ear). The outsides of your ears paint a picture of your health & by reading the surface of the ears, we are able to tell where energy blocks are in the body.
To treat these energy blockages, as a Holistic Therapist we can gently massage the ear to release stress & tension. If you are a Reflexologist we can do micro-massage of the ear reflexes to help bring about balance with in the body.
We apply tiny metal beads or vaccaria seeds to specific points to help enhance, support & improve the clients wellbeing.
The client then places pressure on these a few times a day to experience support & relief for just about any condition.
Whether used in conjunction with holistic treatments (Indian Head Massage, Ear Candling, Reflexology, Facial Reflexology, Reiki) or just by itself, auriculotherapy is a truly, holistic complementary therapy.
